Morse Museum Launches New Interactive Exhibit

On Wednesday July 8th, 2026 the Morse Museum and Cultural Centre launched our new interactive digital exhibit titled “Can You Survive Pioneer Homesteading”, in hopes of bringing some of what we have to offer onto the Morse Museum website. The exhibit resembles a “choose your own path” game, where the “player” of the game answers a variety of questions in order to reach a specified “ending”. Players are able to live in the life of some of the first people to build the communities we know now and maneuver the difficult lifeways that include harsh weather like blizzards and droughts, hunger, and more. This addition to the website will hopefully widen our audience and give the people who aren’t able to see our museum in person, a chance to learn about our history, in a more fun and interactive way than just reading information.
